• Experience in recruitment in the area of embedded software development
• Full cycle of recruitment (active candidate’s screening, selection; organization and conduction of interviews; testing; writing feedbacks and so on)
• Participation in decision making process about hiring new employees
• Onboarding and assimilation of new employees
• Labor market monitoring and analysis
• Monitoring and implementation of the best recruitment practices
• Networking and building relationships through industry contacts and employees
• Technical Events/Conferences visiting.
