— Full-cycle recruitment (active candidate’s screening, selection; organization and conduction of interviews; testing; writing feedbacks, etc.)
— Participating in the decision-making process on hiring new employees
— Onboarding and adaptation of new employees
— Monitoring and analyzing the labor market
— Keeping up to date with the best recruitment practices
— Building relationships with industry contacts and company’s professionals
— Attending technical events/conferences for recruitment
