— 5+ years of commercial experience in Software Engineering
— Excellent C programming skills
— Experience with low-level OS/platform
— Understanding of Linux kernel internals
— Experience in debugging and fixing complex driver issues
— Ability to work independently on complex issues and also in a collaborative environment

— Experience in customization, build and integration of Linux-based operating systems
— Experience in development/maintainance of Linux kernel drivers (PCIe, I2C, etc.)
— Understanding of Layer 2/Layer 3 networking protocols

— Linux kernel device driver development
— Design and development of Linux kernel drivers
— Collaboration with other teams on architecture and design approach
— Platforms bring-up
— Full development cycle methodology (from design to final delivery to the customer in high scale data centers)
