Plink is looking for a motivated Junior User Acquisition Manager to join our performance marketing team and help scale a diverse range of products — from our flagship gaming platform to new web and mobile tools in utility and ed-tech.
You’ll work alongside experienced UA professionals and gain hands-on experience launching and optimizing paid campaigns across key global markets. This is a unique opportunity to dive into performance marketing, master modern UA tools, and grow into a full-stack growth specialist while working on products used by hundreds of thousands worldwide.
What You’ll Do:
— Support the launch, optimization, and scaling of ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc.)
— Assist in market research, competitor analysis, and ad strategy development
— Monitor campaign performance and report on key metrics (CPI, CTR, ROAS, retention)
— Help test creatives and landing pages across different geos and channels
— Collaborate with UA, creative, and product teams on cross-platform campaigns
— Stay on top of UA trends, tools, and best practices in mobile and web marketing
What We’re Looking For:
— Strong analytical thinking and willingness to learn fast
— Basic understanding of digital marketing or user acquisition (experience is a plus, not a must)
— Interest in data, advertising platforms, and performance-driven products
— Structured approach and attention to detail
English — Upper-Intermediate or higher
