We are looking for an Engagement Product Manager who will join Product Team and will drive the retention and social activity of our users. This is the unique opportunity to build a social network how it should be built and outperform worldwide-known mastodons.

What you will be doing:
You first priority will be to define how to improve the social aspect of Plink — increase social activity and content creation within the app. This includes a lot of customer development, hypothesis forming, A/B testing, backlog management and alignment, user stories and clarifications, UX/UI understanding and check-up and many more.
Hard skills set:
— 1+ year of experience as Product Manager/Community Manager/Product Analyst/Retention manager
— Should be great in customer development
— Good analytical skills
— Experience with A/B tests
— Good understanding of UX
— English Upper-Intermediate +

— Ability to manage different tasks and streams simultaneously
