Backed by GameGroove Capital — the investment fund based in the Silicon Valley — Plink has reached ~ 3 mln subscribers worldwide for less than a year and has gained outstanding ratings and figures in Tier 1 countries.

Now we are looking for HR Expert who will join our creative team to promote our IOS/Android app worldwide and has a desire to scale the app to a global social net for video-gamers.

Responsibilities:
— Close work with Plink co-founders and Talent Acquisition Expert;
— Provide full cycle of HR service (excluding recruitment) to our team (~40 employees), including: onboarding, individual/team retention tools, training & development strategies etc.;
— Work on policies/ procedures/regulation;
—Promoting Company values and HR Brand
— Organize personnel records and documentation;
— Provide employee assessment;
— Drive, influence, advise and support the cultural and people aspects of organizational change, structures, people processes and business improvement initiatives in order to improve business efficiency and people management allowing for planned growth;
— Organize internal events for employees;
— Respond to organizational changes, employees’ needs, complains, wishes, creating solutions to employee’s challenges;
— Offboarding.

We’re looking for someone who:
— 3+ years of experience in HR manager role or solid background in HR (IT field is preferable);
— Proven experiences of writing/implementing policies/processes/regulations
— Proven experience of launching HR project from scratch (values/culture/performance review etc)
— Excellent organizational and time-management skills;
—Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
—Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to handle multitasking efficiently.
— Upper-Intermediate or higher English.
