Plexteq invites Senior/Lead Manual QA to take part in fintech startup that is revolutionizing the financial technology space. We are building innovative solutions and expanding rapidly, which presents an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and high-impact team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Test web platform, including both API and UI testing, to ensure end-to-end functionality, usability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional team to understand feature requirements and create thorough test cases.
• Conduct manual testing for web platform, focusing on functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Review technical specifications to ensure test scenarios are comprehensive and relevant.
• Lead the creation, execution, and maintenance of test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Identify and document defects, working closely with development teams to prioritize and resolve issues.
• Track test progress and provide feedback to stakeholders on test status, quality metrics, and improvements.
• Ensure test coverage and product quality are maintained through regular reviews and optimizations.
• Identify areas for improvement in processes and propose solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness in testing.
• Demonstrate advanced English skills both in written and oral communication to collaborate effectively with an international team.
• Display readiness to start cooperation quickly and seamlessly.

Requirements:

• 8-10+ years of experience in manual quality assurance, preferably in a fast-paced startup or fintech environment.
• Strong experience with manual testing methodologies, test case design, and bug tracking systems.
• Proven expertise in testing web applications, including both API and UI.
• Excellent understanding of the SDLC and QA best practices.
• Experience with performance testing and load testing tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Advanced English skills, both written and oral, for effective communication.
• A self-driven, proactive approach with the ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment.
• Readiness to start cooperation quickly.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Be ready to go for business trips abroad.

Nice to have:

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and test automation integration.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of testing fintech solutions.
• Understanding or basic experience with Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or similar test automation tools.
