Middle Python Fullstack Developer

We develop a platform for arranging and scheduling ski courses⛷ The platform is actively used by ski schools in various American ski resorts🏔

The potential Fullstack Developer will be involved in developing new features, integrating frontend and backend systems, and improving the performance of our product while being scaled.

Our application helps schedule and sell lessons and activities of ski schools to their customers. We are closely integrated with Stripe, Twilio, Sendgrid, and some industry-specific platforms.
The tech stack comprises Python, Flask, MySQL, JavaScript, jQuery, Docker, Kubernetes, and Google Cloud Platform.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer’s needs. Communicative skills and well-spoken English are highly important for this role.

Daily zoom calls are scheduled for 7:30 p.m. (Kyiv time)

Main Responsibilities and Tasks

• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to build new features for our growing customer base.
• You’ll actively own features or systems and define their long-term health, while also improving the health of surrounding systems.
• Collaborate with support team to resolve production bugs.
• Develop and implement tests for ensuring the quality, performance, and scalability of the application.
• Participate in code reviews
• Improve engineering documentation, tooling, and processes.

Required Skill and Qualification

• 3 years experience with Python, familiarity with Flask or Django
• 3 years of experience in Frontend development, applying Javascript and React advanced learning skills
• 3 years experience working with 3rd party APIs
