We’re looking for a PPC / User Acquisition Specialist with deep expertise in Google Ads and marketing funnel optimization, who is ready to take ownership and thrives in fast-paced environments, loves building from scratch, and wants to directly impact growth.

🎯 Your Impact Areas

• Development, launching, and optimization of PPC campaigns in Google Ads
• Designing and optimizing high-converting marketing funnels
• Conducting A/B tests to identify the most effective strategies
• Analyzing performance across campaigns and optimizing key metrics
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve marketing strategies
• Proactively proposing and testing new hypotheses to fuel growth in different markets

🧠 Your Superpower Stack

• At least 3 years as PPC / User Acquisition Specialist with hands-on experience with Google Ads tools
• Proven ability to launch and scale campaigns from scratch
• Proven, practical experience working with web-based marketing funnels
• Strong proficiency in analytical platforms, including GA4
• Successful management of advertising budgets exceeding $100,000
• Hands-on, flexible mindset — ready to execute and grow fast
• English — Upper-intermediate(B2)

👍 Will be a plus

• Experience working on international markets (Europe, US, UK)
• Experience in HealthTech or EdTech domains

🧩 Recruitment process for this position:

1. Introductory call (30 minutes). A short get-to-know-each-other call to align on expectations and culture fit.
2. Test assignment. If we’re aligned, we’ll send you a practical task to evaluate your approach and thinking.
3. Deep-dive interview (1 hour). A conversation with the Hiring Manager to discuss your test assignment, past experience, and future potential.
4. Final interview (optional). In some cases, we may schedule an additional conversation with our CEO or another C-level team member.
5. Reference Checks. Before extending a final job offer, we kindly ask for references from your previous places of work. These help us ensure a great mutual match and a smooth start together.
6. Offer stage. If everything aligns, we’ll proceed with an offer.
