Trainee/Junior Affiliate Manager

How Do You Fit In?
As a Junior Affiliate Manager, you would seek and build relationships with corporate
decision makers to sell our offers. You’re an ideal candidate if you are a self-starter with the
ability to build relationships, communicate product knowledge, and close deals quickly.

Responsibilities:
— Product management skills, you will be responsible for some products;
— Leading with our agencies the marketing campaigns of your products from the idea to their execution and implementation;
— Communicate the project status throughout the campaign delivery process, including results recommended changes to campaign strategy, etc;
— Identify and test opportunities with new partners and channels;
— Work with various teams (internal and external) regarding the review and final approval of creative, digital media delivery, tracking, and measurement ensuring compliance to program objectives.

Required Skills:
— Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Marketing or similar is a plus;
— Knowledge of Excel and analytical skills;
— Strong communication skills and ability to build trustable relationships with partners;
— Flexible, organized, and open to feedback with excellent follow-through skills;
— Ability to deliver on promises and meet deadlines;
— Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently with a can-do attitude;
— Upper-mediate English. Knowledge of the Spanish language is a plus;
— Multitasking skills are a must.
