We invite an HR manager to one of our dedicated fast growing team.
Based on our current HR processes, you can easily implement and maintain them in your team providing comfort and happiness!

What you’ll do:
— Full-cycle recruitment.
— Onboarding of newcomers.
— Learning and development of employees.
— Performance management.
— Offboarding of employees.
— Event management: engagement in team buildings and corporate parties.
— Reporting regularly on HR metrics.

Skills and qualifications:
— 2+ years experience as an HR Generalist / HR Manager / People Partner.
— Experience in IT full-cycle recruitment process.
— Excellent communication skills.
— Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment
— Good problem solving and conflict management skills
— Excellent organization, prioritization and time management skills
— Ability to work on multiple tasks at one time
— Experience working within the IT industry.
— English — Upper-intermediate level or higher.
