We are looking for a Customer Support Agent to join our team our and our new title Century — Age of Ashes. In this role, in active collaboration with our community manager and with the whole game team, you will actively provide our customers with awesome support on every challenge they may encounter on our game, in full collaboration with the Community Management team.
• Monitor all social media channels to identify all issues met by our players.
• Provide solutions to customers with excellent quality of service, collaborating with the rest of your team to identify the answers and support to provide.
• Provide perfect service in troubleshooting technical issues.
• Set up tools to help monitor that every customer receives answer to his issue.
• Share customer feedback and recommendations to the team, to improve customers experience.
• Experience in customer service in gaming (at least 1.5 years).
• Experience with social medias.
• Technical abilities to troubleshoot customers as efficiently as possible.
• Excellent communication skills, team player.
• Organized, autonomous, rigorous, proactive.
• Strong English.
• Strong interest for video games.
