We invite an HR manager to one of our dedicated fast growing teams. You will provide a full cycle of HR management for the team, starting with recruitment and adaptation, including all HR processes. Based on our current HR processes, you can easily implement and maintain them in your team providing comfort and happiness!

Skills and qualifications:

-2+ years experience as an HR Generalist
-Experience in IT full-cycle recruitment process
-Excellent communication skills
-Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment
-Good problem solving and conflict management skills
-Excellent organization, prioritization and time management skills
-Ability to work on multiple tasks at one time
-Experience working within the IT industry
-Spoken English

What you’ll do:

-Recruiting and onboarding: organizing overall recruitment process in standalone team;
Full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to interviews, presenting and before offer;
-Motivation: сommunication with the management and all unit employees on the regular basis, improve work relationships, build high-performance culture and retention strategy
-Providing a quick response to organizational changes, team members’ needs, complaints, wishes, creating solutions to team members challenges
-Working with the external brand (formation and support of the HR brand)
-Help in building a corporate culture between our international teams
-Event management: engagement in team buildings and corporate parties.
-Reporting: reporting regularly on HR metrics, such as company turnover, ad-hoc reporting, creating reports for senior management
