Requirements:
— 3+ years of leadership experience on a technical product
— English — upper intermediate level or higher (written and spoken) is a must (daily English communication with our international team)
— Autonomous

— Experience in E-Commerce and/or digital distribution

Responsibilities:
— Work with our E-Commerce team and other members of the management team to optimize resources, costs, reduce risks and ensure the respect of the project planning (budget, resource plans, deliverables etc.)
— Рropose and establish new processes and rules or changes in the organization to prevent issues and to advance quality and flexibility
— Propose technical solutions (with the specialists in the team) or business-level solutions to fix/avoid/improve the issue
— Propose technical optimizations, changes, new features to prevent re-occurances of issues and to make development of new features faster and more robust
— Closely collaborate with the product owners and with the development team
— Present executive reports directly to top management and be involved in high-level decision making regarding the product

At the intersection of business analysis, deep dive investigations, feature design, software development and team leadership, the POM is a high visibility/high importance position in our organization, crucial for meeting the performance targets. The POM will build and lead a very small team of swiss-army-knife developers with which he/she will do surgical strikes on business-critical issues for our E-Commerce platform (read: investigations, data analysis, code review, testing, creative problem solving, root-cause analysis, defining processes/requirements/new features). Together with the product owners and product development team the POM and the Product Optimization team will directly contribute to the business growth and success.
