Playtika is looking for a Technical Product Owner to join our team on a full-time basis.
Shareable Slots R&D is the Central Slots Business Domain that focuses on new cross-studio technology development and slot delivery to all studios. The solution includes a full delivery pipeline for each shared feature ( Back office, client, and server parts ) and consists of dedicated microservices on backend and common libraries on frontend.
Responsibilities:
— Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to create a prioritized valuable backlog
— Work closely with development teams before and during the sprints to ensure that they understand the vision of the product and are designing great effective solutions
— Synchronize with other PO’s across the organization to provide successful deliveries
— Inspire and motivate the development teams to deliver innovative and exciting solutions with an appropriate sense of urgency
— Promote continuous improvement
Requirements:
— 3+ years of managing teams or products
— Good understanding of business goals and priorities, dividing requirements by POC, MVP, and next versions
— Product Knowledge: sharing knowledge as to product abilities and features
— Building Business Cases: the ability to describe specific business goals in an understandable way to achieve
Scrum methodology implementation
— Communication on different levels, diplomacy with stakeholders (including teams and users)
— Experience in writing Technical Design Documents or Technical Requirements
— Upper-Intermediate English

— Knowledge of databases, microservices, and webservers
— Being a team player, making decisions based on facts and metrics
