Playtika is looking for an Organizational Development Partner to lead global strategic OD Projects in our Ukraine sites, from initial design through implementation, to sustain and promote Playtika’s Growth.
— Provide support, advice and guidance to HR and managers on all organizational development matters
— Develop standard & innovative OD tools and methodologies and ensure best practices are leveraged and sustainable.
— Support & Develop leadership programs for Playtika’s managers, such as: Basic Management Skills and Mentoring Programs.
— Support the performance management process for the organization; Training for managers, advising leaders, managers and individuals on development opportunities.
— Handle multiple projects, priorities and problems simultaneously while maintaining an in-depth knowledge of the field of OD
— Work independently to recognize OD needs and provide solutions from start to finish
— Acts as part of a global OD team, provide local input for global initiatives and implement cross-organization OD processes in Playtika’s UA sites
— Direct report to OD Team Leader in HQ (Israel)
— 4+ years of experience in Learning & Development in a consulting/Global Company
— Understanding of OD theory, applications, and group processes on various domains (Leadership development, career development, talent management, performance management)
— Ability to analyze, conduct needs assessments; identify effective and sustainable OD solutions to drive change.
— Strong presentation skills
— Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint
— M.A in Organizational Psychology/Sociology/ Consulting
— Good English (Upper-Intermediate+)
