Playtika is looking for a Technical Product Owner to join our team on a full-time basis.

Objectives of this Role :

— Drive the product and business-planning process across cross-functional teams of the company
— Analyze consumer needs, current market trends from ROI perspective
— Assess current similar offerings, seeking opportunities for differentiation
— Analyze product requirements and develop appropriate programs to ensure they are successfully achieved
— Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple departments
— Act as a leader within the company

Responsibilities:

— Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate innovative ideas that improve customer experience and drive growth
— Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development by engineering teams
— Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch
— Create product strategy documents and mockups that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements with prioritized features and corresponding justification
— Collaborate closely with engineering, solution architects, data department on the development, QA, and release of products
— Create customer-oriented documentation

Requirements:

— Strong experience in a dynamic product management role (2+ years)
— Strong problem-solving skills
— Proven experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle
— Writing and editing skills combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills
— Technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development
— Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority, being a team player
— Scrum methodology implementation
— Upper-Intermediate English
