We are looking for a Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join the Kyiv office on a full-time basis.
Responsibilities:
— Support Global compensation & benefit projects
— Lead and promote C&B communication and interpret C&B policies and procedures to business managers and employees
— Support annual C&B projects, such as merit increase, budgeting, bonus planning, etc.
— Perform ad-hoc HR assignments and projects as assigned by the supervisor
— Work closely with the HR service providers, such as insurance company, 3rd party company, to monitor their service and cost
— Participate in compensation and benefits surveys in order to collect market data to determine, establish, and maintain market competitiveness
— Work closely, evaluate, and report on the effectiveness of employee benefits
Requirements:
— 3 years+ of experience as a Compensation & Benefits Specialist
— Experience in a global work environment — an advantage
— Excellent in Excel & Powerpoint (Macro is an advantage)
— Upper-Intermediate level of English with high written/verbal communication skills — as a must
— Report building skills
— Strong analytical skills
— Critical thinking
— Good organizational skills and high accuracy level
Nice to have:
— Previous experience in finances or analysis
— Experience in making different research
— Ability to proceed with a lot of information and data
