— 1+ years of experience in HR, recruiting or a related discipline preferred, or a demonstrated career interest in these areas;
— Knowledge regarding recruitment and selection methods and techniques;
— Experience working with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint;

— Post and manage open vacancies on job boards, company website and other social media channels (Telegram/Skype/FB/LinkedIn);
— Assist in the coordination of recruiting activities, help with meeting candidates in the office, schedule interviews in calendars, maintain follow-up communication with candidates both prior to and after their interviews, prepare drafts of documents for newcomers;
— Make preliminary search for hot positions (create lists of ‘passive’ candidates);
— Manage and control our ATS system: update vacancies to make changes and track progress;
— Track salary, compensation, benefits surveys of the market, explore the availability of resources, new coming trainings, courses, events, etc;
— Assist in processing requests regarding referral bonuses or other fees;
— Provide help in statistics, analytics, reports, presentations;
— Participate in the organization of Recruitment Meet-Ups/Conferences/LinkedIn parties;
— Provide other administrative support and project help as assigned.
