Ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
Knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships Hiring Managers, help to investigate and analyze which candidate will be the best fit for each position
Knowledge regarding recruitment and selection methods and techniques
Ability to conduct different types of interviews

Manage full-cycle recruiting processes ensuring a positive candidate experience through the interview (attract, select, interview, negotiate and extend offer)
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
Screen candidates’ resumes and job applications
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods
Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand positions and recruiting needs
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
Manage the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and Hiring Managers
Keeping up to date with new technological trends and products
Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email tracking recruiting activities and providing weekly activity reporting.
