— Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
— Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
— Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships Hiring Managers, help to investigate and analyze which candidate will be the best fit for each position
— Knowledge regarding recruitment and selection methods and techniques
— Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews

— Upper-intermediate English

— Manage full-cycle recruiting processes ensuring a positive candidate experience through the interview (attract, select, interview, negotiate and extend offer)
— Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
— Screen candidates CVs and job applications
— Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods
— Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand positions and recruiting needs
— Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
— Manage the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and Hiring Managers
— Keeping up to date with new technological trends and products
— Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email tracking recruiting activities and providing weekly activity reporting.
