Responsibilities:
· Responsible for setting standards and work procedures and goals for the team
· Manages and prioritizes team tasks, while balancing business-oriented way of thinking with the team’s needs
· Responsible for people management, including motivation, recruiting, onboarding, performance reviews, PDP, and so on
· Responsible for process improvements
· Project change and risk management
· Responsible for a full cycle of project delivery
· Organizing collaboration with other teams and stakeholders to meet the commitment
· Responsible for quality product delivery on time
· Resolves project dependencies

Requirements:

· 2+ years of experience leading development teams
· At least 3 years of experience working with Agile methodology
· 3+ years of coding experience (Java or .Net or C++ or JS, )
· Experience working with DB (MySQL, SQL Server)
· Experience working with CI/CD pipeline
· Strong leadership and communication skills
· Ability to effectively organize the process in stressful situations
· Agile mindset, business goals orientation
· English — at least Upper- Intermediate (daily communication)
