• Experience with Linux system support;
• Understanding of web protocols: HTTP, WebSocket;
• Basic understanding of networking: TCP/IP, NAT, DNS;
• Experience with issue tracking systems: Jira, ServiceNow;
• Troubleshooting skills: client issues debugging, logs analysis, anomalies detection;
• Intermediate English at least;
• Written and oral communication skills;

Будет плюсом

• Experience with production systems support;
• Programming skills in Python/Ruby/Bash;
• Grafana, Nagios/Sensu;
• Elastic Stack;
• Docker;
• Ansible.
