Playtech‘s Casino unit is looking for a proactive Project Manager with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Your influential mission. You will...

• Manage cross-functional projects on a daily basis.
• Effectively manage dependencies, risks, and changes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements, dependencies, and priorities
• Identify possible issues and proactively communicate project status to stakeholders
• Provide short term and long term delivery plans
• Drive internal and external process improvement
• Provide comprehensive weekly and monthly reporting
• Take active responsibility in team development (building a team, conducting 1n1s, providing regular feedback to team members, being a leader, motivator)
• Have hands on experience with requirements management (defining acceptance criteria, requirements elicitation, tracing requirements)

Components for success. You...

• Have at least 3+ years of project management experience in the IT industry.
• Have experience in working with foreign customers in the IT industry.
• Have experience in gathering, processing, and preparing project requirements.
• Have experience in long, mid, and short-term planning for Agile teams.
• Understand App development and SDLC.
• Possess excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Coordinate multiple projects across different phases.
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Have upper intermediate written and spoken English.
• Build teams from scratch (from hiring to stable performance as one team).
• Pay excellent attention to detail and quickly assimilate complex information.
• Have proven experience in planning.
• Have experience as a Business Analyst (BA).
• Maintain a problem-solver attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
• Adapt to rapidly changing environments and think creatively beyond the frames, especially in stressful situations.

Casino products are the flagship of Playtech’s products, offering an industry-leading selection of online games together with a state-of-the-art platform for seamless integration with our business customers’ websites. We ensure to deliver a thrilling web and native experience content library that includes a slot, table/card, fixed odds games, and more. Some of the movie and entertainment brands we have collaborated with, include DC, MGM, and NBC Universal.
You will become our representative for one of the biggest Clients in the UK, which offers the best games & slots for UK players. You will be the first contact point for the Client, having the ability to lead direct communication, coordinate project activities on a daily basis, participate & conduct project planning, suggest improvements, and facilitate their implementation. You will be given the full project control and must feel dedicated & responsible for the success of our Client.
