Job Description
Overall responsibility for planning and managing large, strategic-sized projects whilst managing project staff in conjunction with internal and external resources.

The main responsibilities of the role will include:
• Complete accountability, from initiating to closing phases, for all planning and rescheduling, commitments, and on-time delivery of Playtech products
• Manage ongoing activities
• Define priorities within the projects
• Ensures project timelines are managed effectively and that projects are effectively organized
• Correlates planned work with actual work on a daily basis. Manages any 3rd Parties
• Collect, understand and transmit business requirements
• Ensures all technical issues & decisions in cooperation with the Team Leaders and resolution is achieved
• Manages communication of all change requests through status reports/dashboards/project plans
• Guides project teams to identify risks/issues that may delay projects. Suggests processes to avoid those delays
• Escalation of Issues/Risks when senior management intervention is required
• Presents regularly to update the status of the project i.e. milestones, Risks, Issues, Costs, schedule, QA
• Educates and mentors staff for the benefits of project management

Qualifications:
• 3+ years of project management experience within a Software & IT environment
• Experience in Games development will be an advantage
• Strong knowledge and experience of iterative/agile (e.g. SCRUM) and more traditional (e.g. Waterfall) methodologies
• Experience in using tools (e.g. Jira, Microsoft Project, Atlassian Portfolio, or analogs)
• Very strong communication skills — team player
• Negotiation skills
• English level — upper intermediate or higher
• Analytical thinker
