Job Description
— Technical support of 3rd-party integrators and internal teams who require domain expertise of Playtech Open Platform
— Troubleshoot complex and non-complex issues
— Write, review and validate technical specifications and documentation
— Take part in the product configuration activities, identify faulty setups and fix those if needed
Qualifications
— BA or BS degree in Computer Science, software development or related technology field
— Understanding RESTful services, HTTP(S), WS, JSON
— Understanding browser developer tools (WS, JSON, XML)
— Understanding the basics of computer networking
— Understanding the basics of data analytics tools (Kibana)
— Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills are required
— Upper Intermediate English
Would be a plus:
— Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
— Software development or related technology field experience, SDLC
