Job Description

The Security Program Manager leads intermediate and large-scale projects across the group while supporting the Project Management teams overall responsibilities and developing working relationship with the project stakeholders.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

· Own security projects activities such as planning, monitoring, and controlling end to end (from inception to the post-implementation phase)

· Act as a point of contact for all project related activities in front of internal and external teams

· Coordinate project related activities with internal / external teams, vendors, and resellers to assure timelines and scope of delivery are maintained

· Assist the project team to collect and maintain project’s documentation, schedules, action items and risks

· Provide visibility by conducting weekly project statuses and submitting reports to the management on progress

· Support overall responsibilities of Project Management team

Our Security Unit:

• The Security team counts ~60 people located in several countries in Europe

• We protect the company’s production and non-production sites (30+ sites) and environments

• The Security PMO team includes 4 people

Qualifications

Essential:

· 2-4 years of experience as a project manager in the IT/SW industries

· Solid knowledge and understanding in project management best practices (PMI standards preferred)

· Outstanding ability to prioritize tasks on due to changing commitments

· Proactive, and a willingness to take ownership of your domain

· Keep cool under pressure and stressful situations

· A true team player at heart and skilled in building relationships

· Experience working in a software product company (as Technical Project Manager or a related position)

· Good level of written and spoken English

Preferred:

· Basic understanding in Information Security general domains (advantage)

· Excellent communicator, both in verbal conversations and in writing

· Ability to collect information and data from others and creating sustainable documentation for future reference

· Strong independence capabilities of execution but still being a team player

· Knowledge of Atlassian products (JIRA, Confluence), Microsoft SharePoint
