We are looking for an experienced HR Administrator to join our team!
Functions and Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain HR data quality, including employee records.
- Respond to team inquiries related to HR data in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with HR information system maintenance and upgrades.
- Assist with the development and implementation of new HR processes and policies.
- Generate regular / custom reports and analysis related to HR data.
- Support global projects and ad-hoc requests.
- Experience in the administrative spaces within the HR function is preferred.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Good understanding of main Excel functions.
- Good time management, and analytical skills.
- Desire and ability to work with large sets of data, and administrative tasks.
