• 2+ years of experience in L2 production application support
• Good troubleshooting and investigation skills
• Understanding of monitoring principles, alerting, performance and healthiness metrics
• Good Linux knowledge and hands-on experience
• Understanding of network communications and protocols: HTTP(S), TCP/IP, WebSocket
• Hands-on experience in visualization tools: Kibana, Grafana
• Experience of usage CI/CD tools and processes: Git, Jenkins
• Intermediate English at least
• Experience with Prometheus monitoring system
• Experience with Ansible
• Knowledge in F5 and Nginx load balancers
• MongoDB support experience
• Experience of Terraform usage
