• 7+ years of Project Management experience in the IT industry;
• Proven experience as a Program Manager/PM Lead/Head of PMO/Head of Projects;
• Experience in working with foreign customers in the IT industry;
• Outstanding working knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes;
• Experience in mentoring Team of Project Managers;
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects in a changing environment;
• Understanding and practical experience in managing projects with different types of contracts (Fixed-priced, Cost-reimbursement, T&M);
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Upper intermediate written and spoken English;
• PMP, PSM certifications or at least knowledge on PMBoK Standards/Scrum Guide is a strong plus.

• Direct management, mentoring and development of the Team of Project Managers;
• Development of the Product Roadmap together with Product Managers;
• Full support for Project Managers of existing and new projects;
• Generation of weekly and monthly department reports for the Top Management;
• Leading the cooperation with other departments;
• Tracking and analysis of department metrics and KPIs;
• Conflicts management: be an escalation point of all projects in the department;
• Managing of the projects when needed;
• Facilitation of the department non-working activities: team buildings, corporate parties, department meetings, etc.
