• 7+ years’ of experience in DevOps or Site Reliability engineering
• Good communication and documenting skills
• Experience with UML diagrams
• Fluent English

Practical experience with cloud providers (GCP, AWS)
Strong experience with Networking: TCP/IP, Load balancers, TLS encryption, DNS, BGP
Strong experience with configuration management (Ansible, Puppet) tools and Infrastructure as a code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
Good understanding CI/CD best practices and tools (Git, Jenkins, Artifactory, Docker registry)
Security hardening standards and best practices
Experience with building highly available and fault tolerant systems
Understanding and implementation of Canary / Blue-green deployments
Containers orchestration platforms (Kubernetes, Nomad)
Service discovery (Consul) and Service mesh (Istio, Linkerd)
Monitoring and logging: ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, InfluxDB
Application performance monitoring (Newrelic, Dynatrace) and Distributed transactions tracing
Experience with distributed NoSQL databases will be a plus
