At least 3 years of prior experience as a L1 and 2 Support Engineer in a leading position
Experience with coaching or supporting L1 and/or L2 Support Engineers
Experience with Linux system support and production systems support
Good understanding of networking: TCP/IP, NAT, DNS
Programming skills in Python, Ruby and/or Bash
Experience with issue tracking systems: Jira, ServiceNow
Troubleshooting skills: client issues debugging, logs analysis, anomalies detection
Experience with Docker, Ansible, Elastic Stack, Grafana, Zabbix and Nagios
Advanced skills in both written and spoken English

About the role
Quickspin is in the progress of creating a new Platform Support team to support our B2B operations. As a Team Lead at Quickspin, you will play a crucial role in the building the new Level 1 & 2 Support Team. The team will initially be 2 people, but it will expand, once more of the business is supported by the Platform. This role is an important one for Quickspin, as you will be the main person in creating necessary policies and procedures for this very exciting part of our business
The team will be attentive to our customers and applications whilst communicating with both customers and internal Developers & Account Managers. You and the team will investigate product-specific issues and work in a small and agile team with opportunities for your professional development.
