At least 2 years of prior experience as a L1 or L2 Support Engineer
Experience with Linux system support and production systems support
Good understanding of networking: TCP/IP, NAT, DNS
Programming skills in Python, Ruby and/or Bash
Experience with issue tracking systems: Jira, ServiceNow
Troubleshooting skills: client issues debugging, logs analysis, anomalies detection
Experience with technologies like Docker, Ansible, Elastic Stack, Grafana, Zabbix and Nagios.
Advanced skills in both written and spoken English
Experience working in a product company

About the role
As a L1/L2 Support Engineer at Quickspin, you will play a crucial role for our platform team by supporting the systems tied to our new platform. This role is an important one for Quickspin, as you will diagnose and rectify any potential issues on our network and Systems while keeping contact with our B2B clients. You will also cooperate with our platform team in Stockholm and therefore be an important link between our products and clients.
Being attentive to our customers and a skilled support engineer, you will be supporting a high-load production application whilst communicating with both customers and internal stakeholders like Developers & Account Managers. You will investigate product-specific issues and work in a small and agile team with opportunities for your professional development.
