— University degree in mathematics or programming. Msc preferred.
— More than 3 years’ experience as gaming mathematician.
— Excellent working knowledge in combinatorics, statistics and probability theories.
— Able to build game simulations, calculate expected RTP and define best strategies for cards games , table games and slot games.
— Proficiency in MS Excel and VBA.
— Experience in analyzing game business requirements.

As part of the Live Casino Product which creates and design online games for the gambling industry, Game Mathematician should take responsibility of creating mathematical models for online casino games, balancing games to reach required player experience, validating games’ behavior with developers.

Minimum:
— Provide detailed mathematical models for casino games and game features.
— Offer detailed analysis and explanation of mathematical models.
— Help Game Producer tune the game concepts.
— Validate, simulate (with the help of simulation developers) and sign off mathematical models to ensure they work as intended.
— Troubleshoot with engineers on technical implementation of mathematical models.
— Keep record of games and their simulations.
— Provide answers and explanations to relevant math questions for game designers, engineers, compliance requirements and other departments as necessary.

Preferred:
— Understand successful elements of online casino games.
— Develop and explore innovative functionality of casino games.
— Contribute original ideas to game logic and game design team.
