System Administrator

Playson is a leading online gaming supplier with a worldwide recognition which was founded in 2012. We offer complete gaming solutions based on the latest technologies and detailed market analysis for the leading iGaming operators.

We are looking for a rock star System Administrator, who is a self-starter and dares to be on the frontline of Internal Service Desk. This position does not involve only providing service both to our in-office employees in Ukraine, overseas, remote but also building up the system and improving the current processes.

Requirements:
— Good work experience with various operating systems and platforms (ОС: Windows, Mac OS, Ubuntu).
— Network experience (work with network equipment L2, L3)
— GSuite
— Work experience with VPN, VLAN, LDAP, AD, FreeIPA, IPsec
— Experience of manual work with PC (disassembly, repair);
— Communication in English (strong intermediate is a minimum level)
— Extensive experience with various software installation, setup, configuration, accounts management etc.
— Finance systems configuration is a plus
— Monitoring of the cutting edge technologies and solutions in the system administration field
— Proactive style of work and ambitions are very much appreciated

Responsibilities:
— Hardware management (reserve, allowances, accounting, assistance with purchases)
— Setup and maintain meeting rooms hardware and software in a way teams can conduct meetings efficiently.
— Software management (manage licenses, inform finance team timely about needed payments, allowance management via software policy, elaborate on software policy and improve, etc.)
— Software installation assistance (provide clear instructions for employees who need to take some actions regarding software installations etc.; assist personally with installations when needed)
— Accounts management (in corporate software)
— Timely support teams when technical issues appear (in Ukrainian or Russian, in English)
— Efficiently communicate with colleagues who need assistance
— Administrate networks efficiently and according to corporate security policy
— Communicate with DIS team
