Senior QA Engineer (Automation & General), Game Tribe

Our Game Tribe is seeking for a Senior QA Engineer (Automation & General), in this role you will collaborate closely with Head of Gamification and other engineers, to build and evolve the game services, contributing to:

• Slot game engine development
• Microservices (e.g., fraud detection, release processes)
• R&D tasks around game mechanics, math packages, and new gameplay features
• Hypothesis testing and fast prototyping (PoC-first mindset)

To succeed in the role, you will have:

• 4+ years of experience in test automation (front-end/back-end);
• Hands-on experience with Playwright;
• Strong grasp of QA methodologies, tools, and processes;
• Experience with Python (pytest, requests, sqlalchemy or similar);
• SQL and scripting proficiency;
• Solid understanding of HTTP/S, XML, JSON, HTML, CSS, JavaScript;
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Zephyr;
• Experience with Git;
• At least an upper-intermediate level of English.

Would be beneficial to know:

• Automation with JavaScript (in addition to Python);
• Selenium experience;
• Experience with developing test frameworks for load and functionality tests, for the client on mobile devices/application;
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process;
• Monitoring/observability: Datadog, New Relic, Splunk (or similar).

What will you be doing?

• Design, build, and maintain automation frameworks (functional and load/performance);
• Develop and maintain end-to-end tests for the game client (web & mobile);
• Plan and execute load and performance testing; define and track perf KPIs;
• Analyze requirements (including non-functional/performance) and create test strategies;
• Plan and prioritize testing activities; define positive/negative/boundary scenarios;
• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing;
• Ensure cross-browser/device compatibility and visual accuracy;
• Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline and keep suites green;
• Maintain clear test documentation and report quality metrics.
