Support System Administrator

Playson is a B2B game provider with 13 years of experience on the market. Since 2012, we have ambitiously developed worldwide recognition in the industry. Nowadays, our main focus is on regulated European markets, and we operate in 28+ different jurisdictions. As of 2026, we are continuously working on enhancing our portfolio, encompassing best practices in order to meet the highest standards of technology, design, support and interoperability.

Due to our dynamic growth, we are looking for an experienced Support System Administrator to join our team (only Bratislava or Kyiv). In this role, you will provide technical support to our employees all over the world.

Key Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in system administration
• Experience in cloud solutions support
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to maintain documentation and asset records
• Willingness to learn new technologies
• Experience in installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of macOS and Windows
• Knowledge of user account, group, and access management in cloud services (Google Workspace, Atlassian, GitHub, AWS)
• Basic understanding of networking technologies (DHCP, DNS, VPN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP)
• Experience with remote access systems
• Experience working with ticketing systems
• Basic Linux skills (preferred)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
  
  Nice to Have:
  — Experience with VPN, LDAP
  — Administration skills in Atlassian, AWS, GitHub, MDM
  — English proficiency sufficient for reading technical documentation and written communication
  — A proactive approach and clear career ambitions

🤝 Configuring and maintaining the IT infrastructure (hardware, system software, applications)

🤝 Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and system issues
🤝 Preparing instructional materials and conducting employee training
🤝 Managing software licenses
🤝 Participating in IT projects aimed at improving user experience and implementing new technologies
🤝 Ensuring compliance with corporate IT policies
