We are looking for an experienced value-driven Product Owner to lead Promo Feature Development. Your primary responsibilities include backlog managing and solutions design according to company and industry best practices. You will apply agile scrum methodology, develop user stories and acceptance criteria, refine product backlog, and advocate for end-user and business needs.

✅ Capacity to work in a fast-moving, high-pressure environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
✅ Software development concepts are not unfamiliar to you and you have a general understanding of the technical landscape in an e-commerce type of environment
✅ Communication is your strength: you get energized by exchanging ideas with other people; you initiate conversations with your stakeholders and you want to contribute to our Product Owners’ community
✅ Comfortable dealing with stakeholders of varied seniority, from both Commercial and Technical sides of the organization
✅ Skilled at defining and prioritizing product features, managing the backlog
✅ Proven experience displaying decision-making skills, with the ability to assess business impact, risks and opportunity
✅ Practical experience with workflow management tools (Jira), collaboration software (Confluence, Miro)
✅ Fluent in English
✅ Enjoy working independently, flat hierarchies and direct communication drives you
Would be beneficial to know:

The importance of the role is in:
🤝 Own the solutions your cross-functional team is developing. You will be a PO in a cross-functional team that develops promo feature tools. This area is all about delivering extra special entertainment products to our players and sleek back-office so our internal team and customers can easily configure them. Build Feature Roadmaps and you be heavily involved in the release planning.
🤝 Drive a user-centric approach in your cross-functional development team. On a day-to-day basis you will work with software engineers, QA Engineers and Product Designers to reach one common goal. You will spread the product vision into the team and create a common understanding of the product. You enable the team to solve problems in a transparent way.
🤝 Implement and support Use Case driven approach: the end goal of our entire Product team is to drive and support in delivering measurable value to our customers. You will define the Use Case vision, strategy and goals. You will be responsible for the concepts within the Use Cases. In the end, it is you and your team who define how the product should look like! You work closely with the other POs to ensure a consistent product experience for the customer.
🤝 Partner with the business owners, marketing and any other relevant stakeholders to define the business requirements for the development team. Work hand-in-hand with the other Product Owners in your area; partner and seek support from the Head of Product; contribute to the Product Owners community through knowledge sharing and exchanging best practices
