Technical Support Specialist at Playson is responsible for a full customer support service of our current partners integrations.
To succeed in the advertised role, you have:
✅ To be a proactive and client-oriented person with strong work-ethics
✅ Effective communication skills with a proven ability to troubleshoot
✅ At least Upper-intermediate level of proper written and oral English
✅ Strong desire to develop and learn quickly
✅ Knowledge of XML/JSON
✅ Knowledge of Git
✅ Understanding of API protocols
✅ SDLC knowledge
✅ Ability to have obligatory
Would be beneficial to know:
➕ Knowledge of the iGaming industry
➕ Experience working with Jira and Atlassian stack
➕ Basic knowledge of QA process
➕ Previous experience in relevant position
➕ Experience with monitoring systems
➕ Experience using Scrum/Kanban with basic project management skills
