Game Product Analyst

About the role: As a Game Analyst, you will drive strategic analysis focused on identifying, evaluating, and executing opportunities to drive growth and operational excellence for our flagship game MeChat — Love Secrets. During all phases of a project, you will analyze player behavior, identify problems, and make recommendations to uncover new growth opportunities.

🧩 About you:

• 3+ years of experience in a mobile gamedev company working with product analytics
• Analytical mindset; ability to structure information and dive deeper when needed
• Knowledge of key product metrics (LTV, ROI, ROAS, ARPU, ARPPU, etc.)
• Knowledge of the basics of statistics and probability theory
• Strong analytical skills and product judgment, applying insights to strategy and planning
• Proficient in Excel (spreadsheets), familiar with product analytics systems (e.g. Amplitude, Firebase, AppsFlyer)
• Proficient in SQL, familiar with BigQuery and visualization tools (Tableau); Python knowledge is a plus

• Collaborate with content designers and developers to deliver the best experience to our players
• Formulate hypotheses based on experience or exploration, run A/B tests, and define relevant KPIs to validate them
• Enhance data gathering flows and procedures to include information that is relevant for building product analytics systems and further reporting
• Evolve data analytics culture, processes, and architecture
