About the role:

We are looking for a AI Content Manager to join our team for our new fast-growing AI-powered web project MySpicy.ai, focused on AI virtual dating experience.

What you will do:

• Analyze competitors’ content in the field of AI-dating products
• Fill MySpicy.ai platform with content:

1. Develop characters’ text descriptions
2. Create and edit characters’ avatars in various online services
3. Develop and test hooks to increase the depth of conversations
4. Describe individual characteristics and behavioral traits for each character in the config

• Test the content:

1. Communicate with characters
2. Check whether behavior matches given archetype characteristics and descriptions

• Work with content configs (JSON)
• Analyze the results of the work done in accordance with product metrics and KPI
• Interact with the development team and designers

What we expect:

• Experience as a content manager, screenwriter, narrative designer or similar roles
• Excellent English: level not lower than B2, especially the ability to read and understand texts, different tones of voice
• Prompt Engineering skills — the ability to accurately formulate requests for AI models
• Systematic approach, attention to detail, ability to independently find solutions

Will be a plus:

• Understanding the specifics of AI dating platforms, their monetization, mechanics and features of user interaction with characters
• Experience in creating characters on platforms like Character.ai
• Skills in UX copywriting, game design or interactive scenarios
• Basic knowledge in AI/LLM (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini)
