About the role:

We’re searching for a talented, hands-on UX/UI Designer with a passion for mobile gaming to help shape mood and interaction of Alien Survivor. At PlayMe Studio, you’re not just designing buttons — you’re shaping player behavior and making decisions that align with the team’s direction. You’ll work in a creative, agile environment where your ideas can quickly go from sketch to live in the app store, impacting players worldwide.

What You’ll Do

• Solve design challenges that align with business goals;
• Create and revamp in-game features from scratch — progression systems, Live Ops, pop-ups, menus, profiles, leaderboards, and more;
• Shape the visual identity for Alien Survivor alongside the Art Lead and Product Team;
• Research competitors and translate insights into bold, impactful designs;
• Collaborate with Game Designers, Artists, and Animators to bring concepts to life;
• Deliver polished, production-ready layouts.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience designing game products (mobile preferred);
• Strong eye for typography, color, and layout;
• Proficiency in Figma and Photoshop (or similar tools);
• Ability to design ergonomic, intuitive interfaces from scratch;
• Fast iteration skills — responsive to feedback while keeping quality high;
• Genuine passion for mobile games.

Bonus Points For

• Experience designing monetization UI (offers, bundles, subscriptions, in-game economies) and gambling UI;
• A proactive, idea-driven approach — you don’t just follow briefs, you elevate them;
• Knowledge of Unity Engine and version control systems (e.g., SmartGit, Sourcetree).
