About the role

We are looking for the Marketing Performance Analyst, who has good experience and understanding of marketing performance measurements.

In this role you’ll have ownership over:

• Marketing Acquisition Analysis: You’ll conduct in-depth analysis of customer acquisition channels and campaigns, identifying high-performing strategies and areas for improvement to maximize return on investment.
• Marketing Effectiveness: Design and implement data-driven methodologies to track and measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years experience in Data analytics, Marketing analytics (gaming, apps)
• Good understanding of managing paid advertising channels
• Good understanding of attribution modeling
• Strong analytical skills
• Technical Stack:
• — SQL Databases: Redshift SQL, Bigquery
• — Programming Language: Python or R (or other)
• — Data Visualization: Tableau
• — Project Management: Jira
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Analytical support to Marketing teams
• Develop methodologies for marketing analysis to ensure data-driven decision-making.
• Building and maintaining predictable model
• Create and maintain attribution models to track marketing performance and optimize campaigns.
• Conduct cohort research to analyze user quality and inform targeted marketing efforts, find actionable insights and drive results
• Developed a metrics methodology for monitoring marketing efficiency, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively.
• Analyze the performance and ROI of marketing efforts.
• Optimize advertising campaigns based on performance KPIs across our marketing channels
• Implement ongoing creative testing plans across all paid channels
• Find new areas for growth by testing new channels, campaigns, targeting, etc.
