Job Description: We are looking for a digital marketer who can bring fresh ideas and effectively implement strategies for user acquisition and retention. Your role will involve identifying growth points in our sales funnels, analyzing user behavior, and optimizing processes to ensure maximum value from our platform.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to attract an audience to the platform.
• Analyze the registration funnel and optimize processes to increase conversions.
• Collaborate with product, content, and technical marketing teams to ensure funnel effectiveness.
• Identify reasons why potential users do not register and develop solutions to improve the funnels.
• Design and implement loyalty programs for existing users.
• Analyze large volumes of leads and the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
• Understand the principles of organic marketing, PR, and SERM.

Requirements:

• Experience in digital marketing, preferably in SaaS companies.
• Knowledge of the principles of building and optimizing sales funnels and conversions.
• Experience with affiliate marketing and traffic management.
• Analytical skills for working with large datasets.
• A creative approach to developing marketing strategies.
• Ability to work in a team and interact with various departments.
