Requirements:
— 3+ years of experience in selling IT services. (outstaffing/outsourcing) for the US or Western Europe markets.
— Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
— Be able to drive the sales process from plan to close.
— Excellent writing skills.
— Understanding of software development lifecycle.
— Understanding the commonly used IT technologies, their differences and quick learning of the new ones.
— Experience in successfully closing international IT sales deals.
— Advanced level of English.

Responsibilities:
— Search for new leads, which become new clients as a result.
— Arrange meetings with the leads (leads qualification) and potential clients and present company services.
— Full cycle of sales: from pre-sales activities to closing the deal.
— Building and managing sales strategies.
— Active participation in deals closing, discovery phases, etc.
— Analyze the market and find new opportunities for the company growth.
