We are PIXREADY — an international 3D visualization, modeling, and animation studio that helps companies from 10+ countries bring their products and ideas to life in 3D.

We’re currently looking for a Sales Manager to join our team.

We’re 6 years old, and during this time we’ve completed 2000+ projects.
Our team has grown from 2 to 40 talented professionals.
We work with clients from 10+ countries — including the USA, the UK, Australia, Canada, and others.

What we expect from you:

  • Proven track record as a Sales Manager with consistent achievement or overachievement of sales targets.
  • Practical experience in the B2B segment and managing enterprise-level projects, including communication with key stakeholders and handling complex deals.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written).
  • Nice to have: understanding of the 3D visualization or related creative industries.
  • Nice to have: experience applying ABS/ABM sales approaches.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong proficiency with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
  • Strategic thinking and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Understanding of sales practices in the US and European markets.
  • Result-oriented mindset and client focus.

What you’ll do:

  • New client acquisition: actively search for and attract potential customers in the field of 3D visualization and 3D modeling; manage both inbound and outbound leads.
  • Account management: maintain and develop long-term relationships with existing clients, ensure smooth project delivery and high satisfaction levels.
  • Cross-department collaboration: work closely with the marketing, production, and delivery teams to align processes, ensure clear communication, and achieve top-quality results.
  • CRM management: keep data up to date in the CRM, maintain client records, and track deal stages.
