Power BI Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Power BI Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in data optimization, business intelligence, and Power BI architecture. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and optimizing Power BI reports, working with cloud-based services, and ensuring the efficiency of our data processing pipelines.

Requirements:

• Power BI Desktop: Design and develop interactive reports and dashboards with a strong understanding of Import, DirectQuery, and Dual-mode configurations.
• Power BI Service: Manage and maintain cloud-based solutions in Microsoft Power BI Service, preferably with integration into Microsoft Fabric.
• Power BI Embedded: Support and enhance the “App owns data” model, addressing limitations within the embedded Power BI setup, especially when used alongside Microsoft Fabric.
• Big Data & Performance Optimization: Optimize report performance when working with large datasets (terabytes), ensuring minimal latency and cost-efficient data processing.

Other Qualifications:

• Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
• DevOps skills are a plus, particularly in managing and automating data workflows.
