Leads Generation Specialist (вакансія неактивна)

Attention! There is a great opportunity for students and university graduates to enter to IT business and to build a Career and become financially independent.

We are looking for a hardworking person with no experience or with 1 or 2 years of experience in other fields of business besides IT, who has good knowledge of English or German or both and worked with sourcing, selling outsourcing services or worked to foreign markets. This person will be dedicated to generating sales leads needs (outbound leads) for our Sales team and be a member of our Leads generation Team.

Key requirements:

  • English level (С1 or higher).
  • Self-discipline and high motivation to perform tasks.
  • Hands-on experience of searching information in internet, structuring and systematization of information minimum of 1 year.
  • Ability to prepare and conduct information structured and neat.
  • Team player (non-confrontational).
  • Perseverance, consistency, attention to detail.
  • Analytical thinking, KPI driven, fast learner.
  • Strong communication skills, hands-on person with natural goodwill.
  • Live, energetic self-starter with problem solving attitude.
  • Honesty, responsibility, independence as fundamental personal qualities.
  • Self-dependence, result orientation (performance).

  • Adequate assessment of yourself and your abilities.

Will be a plus:

  • Pre-sales or Sales experience 1+ years.
  • Work experience with CRMs, with reporting.
  • Good knowledge of German, besides English or more than two languages.
  • Good knowledge of Agile and Kanban.

Main tasks and responsibility

  • Develop effective lead generation process based on company targets and Priorities (conducting Leads, potential customers pipeline).
  • Utilize tools such as search engines, thematic IT portals in the countries, IT communities and Start up HUBs, LinkedIn and other social networks and channels to source.
  • Conducting Leads — potential customers pipeline.
  • Screen, and qualify passive Leads.
  • Search for Leads, mainly USA, UK, DACH region who meet the requirements and add them to CRM with valuable comments for SDR,s (Sales Development Representatives) and for Sales & Account Managers (Sales Team).
  • Add at least 50 leads per day to the internal CRM system.
  • Support effective cooperation with the sales & business development team, marketing team and key stakeholders involved in work process.
  • Interaction with a team member from different locations.
  • Achieve key Lead Generation minimum KPIs.
  • Reporting current lead generation activity to Sales Development Representative Team Lead in the CRM system (weekly and monthly).
  • Stay abreast of tech trends and news to be our competitive.
