Unity Game/Level Designer (вакансія неактивна)

We are looking for an experienced Unity Game/Level Designer with a passion for sandbox action games and ​good experience ​in Unity, ready to own the design and collaborate with other departments for implementation.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in Game Design with AA+/Double-I projects
• 2+ years of experience in Unity
• Passionate about Third Person action, sandbox games
• Experience with multiplatform projects (including consoles and mobile)
• Experience in writing design documentation and a deep understanding of encounter design principles
• Experience in features implementation in Unity
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal English
• Able to communicate knowledge and ideas (flowcharts, feature specs, data reports, etc.) to team members

Responsibilities:

• Creating encounters design documentation
• Working with Unity to implement encounters
• Working with other departments to add new mechanics and content for encounters
• Balancing and fine-tuning encounters

Would be a plus:

• Understanding of the sandbox action core audience
• Excellent communication and collaborative problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English
• Released multi-platform projects
