We are looking for an experienced Game Designer with a passion for the Shooter genre. The core expertise we expect is strong documentation skills, experience with Unreal Engine 5, prototyping and gameplay adjustments.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Game Design with AA+/Double-I projects
- 1+ years of experience in Unreal Engine 5
- Passionate about Third Person Shooters and Multiplayer
- Experience with multiplatform projects, strong console experience
- Experience in writing design documentation and a deep understanding of design principles
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (Ukrainian and English)
- Able to communicate knowledge and ideas (flowcharts, feature specs, data reports, etc.) to team members
Responsibilities:
- Creating design documentation (from pitches to design briefs and balance sheets) to adapt
- Working with Unreal Engine 5 (Blueprints): prototyping, configuring mechanics and parameters
- Developing game logic
- Balancing and fine-tuning game mechanics
Would be a plus:
- Experience with remasters/remakes
- Understanding of the TPS core audience on different platforms
- Strong blueprint scripting and implementation
- Excellent communication and collaborative problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English
- Released multiplatform projects
